Mike Nurmikko- founder of JLM ENTERPRISE,Inc.

JLM  began operating in 1996 in Hartland, MI.  Mike had 15 years experience in the formula feed business spending much of his time doing nutrition work with the

Dairy industry.  Mike spent 8 years working for Pioneer HI-Bred, International in the microbial genetics division.  In this position, he was responsible for sales of their direct fed microbial product and silage inoculants.  He was also responsible for managing a sales force that covered eight states.   While working at Pioneer he was also involved with the tech support group in developing new products and applications.

Mike also spent two and a half years working for a microbial house where he was responsible for selling bacterial strains to the feed industry.  He was closely involved with developing new products, along with there packaging and marketing materials.
